Villages are membership-driven, grass-roots organizations that, through both volunteers and paid staff, coordinate access to affordable services including transportation, health and wellness programs, home repairs, social and educational activities, and other day-to-day needs enabling individuals to remain connected to their community throughout the aging process.

The geographical coverage area of the Mid-County Village will encompass portions of University City, Clayton, Olivette and Creve Coeur.

Mission

The Mid-County Village is a grassroots, non-profit, membership organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life and well-being of people age 50+ who want to continue living at home and stay active in their communities.

Vision

The vision of the Mid-County Village is to be a cost-effective organization for enriching the experience of aging in community that can be modeled by other neighborhoods.
